Cancellations Should
an emergency happen as they sometimes do at the last minute, I
ask for a reasonable amount of time to cancel the appointment
30 min prior to your appointment so I may be able to fill that

would expect you to conduct yourself as a professional
as I require them to do and act as one. I also require a
